Pancakes with cheese

800 g potatoes 100 ml milk 200 g hard cheese 1 pk egg to taste salt a little ground black pepper 100 g plain flour a little oil for roasting

1. Grate the peeled potatoes finely, drizzle with hot milk, add grated cheese, egg, salt, ground black pepper and enough flour to make a medium thick batter. 2. With a spoon, place small dough balls in the hot oil, spread and smooth them a little, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. 3. Place the finished pancakes on paper napkins to get rid of excess fat. Serve with vegetable salad or as a side dish with meat.
