Pancakes with calvados
Fried pancakes filled with poached apples flavored with calvados, sugar and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Whisk together the plain flour, milk, egg, 1 tbsp sugar and salt, then stir in 40 g melted butter, finely grated lemon zest and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes
2. Wash the apples, cut out the cores, cut into wedges and stew with the lemon juice, the remaining sugar and calvados in the remaining butter
3. In an oiled frying pan, fry the batter into golden brown pancakes, fill them with the stewed apples and fold them in 4. Before serving, dust them with icing sugar.
