Pancakes the old-fashioned way

Ingredients for eight
4 eggs 4 dl clarified butter 5 dl red milk 4-5 dl wheat flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla sugar butter generously
For the pasta
Jam, fruit, whipped cream, j&&ä¨telö¨ or plain sugar
Tip: Frying pancakes is a time-consuming job. But who said frying had to be done in just one pan? Put all the plates and pans on the fire at the same time. What’s the harm if the pans are different sizes? The point is that you can cook them and cook them!!!
Get a big bowl and crack the eggs into it. Beat well. Stir in the spices and whisk until the eggs start to foam.
Stir the milk and flour into the batter, stirring all the time. Soften 1 tablespoon of butter in the microwave and mix it into the dough.
Soak the dough under a cloth for half an hour.
Before baking, thaw the pancake dough for a moment in a pan of water. Fry the pancakes in a generous amount of butter until thin and crispy.
