500 g plain flour 450 g sauerkraut 150 g lard 2 tbsp crackling 1 pk egg 1 KL cumin a little pepper a little salt pinches marjoram plain flour to sprinkle on the plate oil for frying
procedure
1. Leave the cabbage to drain for a while, then squeeze it well and chop it. Mix it with plain flour, add finely chopped or minced crackling, softened lard, salt, egg, pepper, marjoram, cumin and work the mixture well with your hands. 2. On a floured board, roll out the dough into a thicker sheet and cut out rounds using a glass. Fry the pancakes in hot oil and place them on a paper towel to soak up the excess fat.
