When you prefer pancakes and thicker pancakes, try this recipe made with an unconventional yeast dough.
1.
Pour lukewarm water into a bowl and mix it with honey. Add the dried yeast and make a sourdough starter.
2.
In a larger bowl, mix the milk with the eggs until they increase in volume.
3.
Hand stir in the sourdough starter.
4.
Stir in the flour and semolina gradually, then add a pinch of salt. Finally, stir in the baking powder.
5.
When you have a thick pancake batter, let it rise.
6.
Grease the pan lightly with oil and add a ladleful of batter, then spread it a little over the whole surface.
7.
Bake from one side so that you get bubbles on the surface, which will burst and leave small holes. When the pancake is brown, fry it a little more on the perforated side too
8.
Fill the pancakes with fruit or compote, drizzle them with liquid honey or spread them with jam. Then serve them sprinkled with sugar.
