Pancakes (basic recipe)

ingredients

1 pk eggs 200 g plain flour salt 400 ml milk

There’s nothing like a proven recipe classic…

1.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add flour and milk. Season with a little salt and mix the batter with a mixer.

2.

Let the dough rest for about 10 – 15 minutes and then check if it is the right thickness.

3.

Put a little oil in a frying pan, heat it up properly and you can make pancakes.

4.

Top the batter with a ladle onto the hot griddle. Bake the pancakes on both sides.

5.

Fill the pancakes according to taste 🙂
