Panádlová soup

Staročeský recipe for soup from hard bread, i.e. from buns, rolls, buns … the bread is boiled in water or broth and the soup is seasoned with spices, Vegetable Recipes, herbs, milk and egg.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour the broth over the sliced buns and cook until the buns are cooked
2. Drain the buns, strain back into the broth, add the chopped carrots, celery and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
3. Whisk eggs in milk, pour into soup, add chopped parsley, stir, season with mace, salt and pepper.
Recommendation:
To the finished soup on the plate you can add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
