Pan-fried potatoes with sausage served with ox eye

Cubes of boiled potatoes fried in onion and oil in a frying pan together with sausage rolls, served garnished with an ox eye. A quick dinner for a few crowns. Recipe suitable for processing surplus, already cooked potatoes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 300-400 g of peeled, cooked potatoes 2 pcs stronger sausages 2 pcs eggs for ox eyes 1 pc medium sized onion majorana pepper oil

Procedure:

  • Fry sliced onion in oil.
  • Add diced potatoes to the pan, sauté for a while, stirring occasionally.
  • Add sliced sausages, stir, season with marjoram, pepper and salt, sauté for a while, stirring occasionally.
  • Fry two ox eyeballs in a frying pan.
  • Serve individual portions on a plate accompanied by ox eye, serve for example pickles as a side dish.
