Pan-fried carrot with orange juice

Here is the recipe for carrot pan with orange juice, a tasty carrot pan well flavored, easy to make, and perfect to serve as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to a sautéed white meat or grilled fish.
Ingredients for 2 people:
250 g carrot 2 teaspoons light butter juice of 1/2 lemon juice of 1/2 orange 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Peel the carrots then cut into julienne strips.
In a frying pan melt the butter then add the carrots and a 1 pinch of salt.
Then let it brown for 8 minutes while stirring.
Add the lemon juice and orange juice then mix and serve your carrot salad with orange juice.
