Balls of yeast dough topped with garlic dressing.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour lukewarm water over the crumbled yeast, sugar, salt and a few tablespoons of flour and let the sourdough rise
2. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sourdough starter and oil and knead the dough, letting it rise in warmth
3. Use a spoon to cut out pampushkas (walnut-sized balls) from the risen dough and place them on a greased baking sheet
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C
5. Crush the garlic, mix with oil and dilute with water, brush the pampushki with this mixture before serving.
