Paleo in gluten-free trifecta
ingredients
1 pk egg salt ground black pepper ground cumin 1/2 cup gluten free flour 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs 1 pk edible bedlah oil for frying

Prepare three plates.

Whisk the egg in one of them along with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin.
3.
Place the gluten-free flour in the second and the gluten-free breadcrumbs in the third.
4.
Coat the squash progressively – flour, egg and breadcrumbs at the end.
5.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded loaf on both sides.
6.
Serve with tartar sauce.
