Pagáčky

Baked savoury buns made of crackling, flour, potatoes, wine, eggs, spices and sour cream. They taste both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

300 g of crackling 250 g of semi-coarse flour 250 g of plain flour 200 g of pre-cooked potatoes 1dl of sour cream 1dl of white wine 3 pcs egg yolks 1 pk yeast cubes cumin, pepper salt flour for rolling flour for rolling baking paper

Procedure:

1. Mix the flour with grated potatoes and chopped crackling, add 2 egg yolks, sour cream, wine and sourdough starter, leave to rise for about 20-30 minutes
3. On a floured rolling pin, roll out a sheet about 1 cm thick and cut out small rounds 5 to 6 cm in diameter with a cookie cutter or glass, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
4. Brush the dough with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with salt, cumin and pepper, bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
