Paella with shrimps

Simple rice on onion base with shrimps, red peppers and peas.

Ingredients:

150 g rice 150 glarge cooked shrimp (with head and tail) 100 g frozen peas 400 ml chicken broth 1 pcs red peppers 1 pc garlic cloves 1 pc onion large pinch of hot pepper larger pinch of saffron parsley splits of lemon olive oil salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Then add the rice, a pinch of saffron, ground hot pepper, mix well, pour in the chicken broth and let it bubble for at least 20 minutes, the rice should soften to the bite (add broth or water as needed)
3. Stir the shrimp and peas into the paella for the last 5 minutes, season with salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
