Oyster mushroom soup

Another “tripe”, this time prepared from oyster mushrooms and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g oyster mushrooms 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 1.5-2 l beef stock or masox cube stock ground sweet paprika smooth flour marjoram ground pepper

Procedure:

1. Fry the onion in hot lard
2. Add the washed, thoroughly drained and chopped mushrooms, simmer the mushrooms for a while
3. Add the ground paprika, stir, pour the broth or water with a cube of masox
