Soup of oyster mushrooms, buckwheat, onion, garlic and spices, served with toasted pieces of mushrooms.

Procedure:
1. Put aside a few cleaned mushrooms, chop the rest very finely
2. Stir-fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in half the lard, add the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry for about 3 minutes
3. Finally, add the peeled, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped parsley and the finely chopped young onion slices
5. Cut the remaining mushrooms into pieces, fry them separately in the hot lard, season with salt and divide into individual portions.
