Oyster mushroom soup

250 g oyster mushroom 3 pcs potatoes 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp sweet ground paprika 1 cube bouillon 1 clove garlic 1 tsp crushed cumin to taste salt to taste pepper to taste marjoram to taste parsley to taste cooking cream

1. Cut the mushroom into pieces, place in a saucepan and cover with water so that it is submerged. Add the cumin and the diced potatoes. Boil for about 20 min. until the potatoes are tender. 2. In a saucepan, fry the onion chopped finely, add the red pepper and flour. Pour 1 l of cold water over them and add the bouillon cube and black pepper. Bring to the boil. 3. Add the oyster mushrooms and potatoes, the marjoram, the crushed garlic and salt to taste. If you want, you can soften the soup with cooking cream.
