Oven-baked omelette

The apple pie is a hearty snack that you can take with you on a picnic. It tastes great cold, too. You can use your imagination with these snacks.

Ingredients for four

1 onion 4 potatoes 1 bell pepper 4 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 100 g Emmental cheese 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Peel and chop the onion. Peel myös potatoes and chop finely. Wash and dice the peppers.

Place a pan and fry the potatoes and onions until tender. Add the diced peppers, season with salt and pepper.

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk to break up the texture. Stir in the grated cheese.

Combine the vegetables with the egg mixture and pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake the omelette in a 200c oven for about 20 minutes. After the oven, the omelette has a few minutes to cook, after which it is easy to cut into portions.
