Oukrop with onions and potatoes

Soup from Klatovy on potato broth with potatoes, onions and garlic. A great New Year’s Eve treat!

Ingredients:

200 g onions 40 g fat 2-3 pcs garlic cloves boiled potatoes or bread cumin water salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in fat until pink
2. Place cubed and toasted bread or potatoes cut into cubes and cooked with cumin in plates

Recommendation:

In some areas, only pieces of toasted bread were put into the okroup, but not potatoes.
