Ham Patties

Recipe from Denmark for baguettes filled with a mixture of ham, cheese and eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sift the plain flour onto a rolling pin, add the softened, finely chopped butter, salt and mix
2. Fill them with the ham filling and bake in a medium oven (180 °C)
5. Serve warm or cold.
Prepare the filling:
Cut the ham into small cubes, coarsely grate the cheese (slice the cleaned mushrooms and stew in a little salted water). Combine the prepared ingredients with the beaten eggs, mix with flour , cream and pepper, lightly salt.
