250 g soft semi-skimmed cottage cheese 3 pcs eggs 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 pcs vanilla sugar 2 dl melted Hera,or oil 1 pcs baking powder 200 g icing sugar 100 g raisins,pre-soaked in rum

Egg,cottage cheese,beat with pr.and vanilla sugar,

Add melted butter,

Stir in flour and baking powder.

Finally add raisins and stir into batter.

Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake.45 min at 180 °C.You need to check the baking spikes to make sure the bundt pan is cooked.Each oven bakes differently.

After baking, sprinkle with icing sugar.
