Skewers cooked in water with wine, when served covered with broth sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the clams thoroughly with a small brush, put them in a saucepan, pour in wine and water, add one finely chopped onion, parsley, spices and simmer until the clams open
2. Then remove them and evaporate the broth a little (boil)
3. Remove one shell from each clam
4. Salt the broth, thicken it with plain flour mixed in a tablespoon of cold water and boil, or add a little more white wine
5. Arrange the clams on plates and pour over the prepared sauce.
Recommendation:
– Side dish: Pastry.
