8 servings 3 eggs 75 g of sugar semolina 50 g of plain flour 25 g of cocoa 75 g of manna slo 100 g of icing sugar

1 In a bowl over simmering water, whisk the eggs and sugar for a good 5-10 minutes until creamy and smooth. 2 Line a baking tray (20×30 cm) with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Cover the baked dough with a damp cloth (to prevent loss of elasticity) and let it cool. 3 Whisk the Slo with the icing sugar. When the dough has cooled, brush one side of the dough (the side that was not on top) with the filling and make a slit in one of the shorter sides about 1-1,5 cm from the edge (do not cut it) so that the dough will curl up well. 4. Sprinkle the roll with a little cocoa mixed with icing sugar.
