Bread Sauce

A sauce prepared by simmering onions with cloves, milk, white wine and spices, mixed smooth and softened with butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Stuff cloves into the onions and steam them (on a steamer in a covered pot)
2. Cut the white lids into cubes and put them into a pot with the cooked onions, and add milk (the lid cubes must be submerged)
3. Remove the onions, mix the sauce until smooth, season with salt and pepper
5. Finally, soften the sauce with fresh butter.
