1. Wash, dry and grind the beef in a meat grinder. Put it in a bowl, add the eggs and chopped chillies. Add the finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Mix the whole mixture well. 2. Finally, shape the mixture into balls which can either be grilled on the grill or fried in a pan.
