Simple recipe in organic quality for a warm dinner of homemade organic pancakes and organic filling of spinach, eggs and goat cheese.
Ingredients:

For the pancakes: |

of organic spelt flour |
1/2 cup |
bio milk (goat or cow) |

bio egg |

bio olive oil |

For filling: |
4 handfuls |
of fresh organic spinach |
50 g |
organic goat cheese |
2 pcs |
organic eggs |
2 pcs |
strips of organic garlic |
1 pcs |
organic onion |
pepper |
|
salt |
Procedure:
Mix the ingredients and form pancakes in a hot pan with a little butter.
In a second pan, sauté the onion and garlic and add the washed spinach, season with salt and pepper.
Set the mixture aside and fry the oxtails in the pan.
Place spinach in pancake, top with goat cheese and ox eye, toss and serve.
