Organic goat cheese in pancake with spinach

Simple recipe in organic quality for a warm dinner of homemade organic pancakes and organic filling of spinach, eggs and goat cheese.

Ingredients:

For the pancakes: 75 g of organic spelt flour 1/2 cup bio milk (goat or cow) 1 piece bio egg bio olive oil pepper salt For filling: 4 handfuls of fresh organic spinach 50 g organic goat cheese 2 pcs organic eggs 2 pcs strips of organic garlic 1 pcs organic onion pepper salt

Procedure:

  • Mix the ingredients and form pancakes in a hot pan with a little butter.
  • In a second pan, sauté the onion and garlic and add the washed spinach, season with salt and pepper.
  • Set the mixture aside and fry the oxtails in the pan.
  • Place spinach in pancake, top with goat cheese and ox eye, toss and serve.
