2 liters water 1 liter cabbage water 400 g sausage 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 350 g sauerkraut 10 g mushrooms dried 4 pcs pork chop 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 40 g lard 30 g plain flour pcs ground black pepper pcs marjoram pcs salt
procedure
1.
Put dried mushrooms, pork chops, fresh or smoked sausage into cold salted water and cook.

After about 30 minutes, add chopped root Vegetable Recipes and cabbage.

When everything is soft, add the strained onion stock, the cabbage and simmer together for about 10 minutes more.

Finish with ground black pepper, marjoram and garlic pressed with salt.
5.
Cut the cooked chops and sausage and put them back into the cabbage soup.
