Orange soup

ingredients

80 g rice 1 pk lemon 4 pk orange juice 3/4 liter wine to taste sugar

Cook the rice until tender. In a bowl, dissolve the 4 sugar cubes with which you have rubbed the lemon zest and add the orange juice and let stand for 2 hours.

Just before serving, mix the dissolved sugar with the wine, water and pour over the rice. Sweeten to taste with sugar and add sliced oranges.
