Orange Risotto

Risotto with orange, easy dish to prepare, does not take much time and the result is very satisfying. Light dish ideal for the diet.
Ingredients for 4 person:
400 g rice juice of 1 orange + zest 1 onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 100 ml wine salt , pepper
Preparation:
Start by slicing the onion.
In a saucepan, put the onion and zest and sauté them in olive oil, for 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and orange juice then simmer for a few minutes
Add the rice, pour in the water, add salt and pepper and cook for 30 to 35 min.
Serve your risotto immediately.
