Recipe for making waffles from Belgium.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix the yeast with sugar, then a few tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of plain flour and let it rise
2. Mix the sifted plain flour with brandy, salt, beaten eggs, lukewarm cream, melted butter, risen sourdough and make a thin dough
3. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place and bake the risen dough into wafers in a greased wafer tin
4. Serve warm, sprinkled with sugar or roll them up tightly into thick rolls and fill them with whipped cream mixed with finely chopped fruit after cooling down.
