4 pcs onion 40 g butter 1,5 liters meat broth 1/2 KL ground cumin, ground black pepper 1 KL salt 150 ml cooking cream
step
1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions in it. Sprinkle it with salt, pour the warm broth over it and cook until tender. 2. Season the soup with ground black pepper and cumin. Pour in the cream, let it come to the boil and serve.
