Onion soup au gratin

This Onion Soup Au Gratin recipe is perfect to serve on cold evenings this season, it’s very easy to make and perfect if you’re on a diet.
Ingredients:
500gonions 1tbspbutter soup 1cubedvolleye soup 75cl water 60ggruyere light breadcomplete salt,pepper
Preparation:
Peel and slice the onions, then brown them with the margarine in a pan.
Add the hot water and the stock cube, then add salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven broiler.
Cut the bread into thin slices, then grate the cheese, and spread it over the bread slices.
Pour the soup into 2 ovenproof bowls.
Place the slices of bread with cheese on top, broiled for 5 minutes.
Finally, serve the onion au gratin soup piping hot.
