Onion Soup á-la George

Onion soup fast and cheap.
Ingredients:
Eidam cheese
Procedure:
1. Boil about 0.3 litres of water
2. Add frozen spring Vegetable Recipes and Maggi broth to the boiling water (you can use pre-made bone broth or meat broth), season with soy sauce and veggie-mix3. Fry the bacon and onion pieces in a frying pan or in a deep fryer
4. Fry the pieces of old bread and sprinkle them over the soup
6. Grate the hard cheese and serve immediately.
Note:
If you do not want to use the so-called “bacon”, you can use the “bacon”. If you don’t want to use cube broth or dried broth (e.g. Maggi, Vitana), there is nothing easier than to make a classic bone broth in advance (see beef or pork broth).
