Onion jam with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for a delicious onion jam to accompany your foie gras dish or other, it is easy and simple to make with your thermomix.
Ingredients: 1 kg red onions 40 g raisins 50 g brandy or cognac 400 g powdered sugar 100 g white wine Preparation:
– Start by soaking the raisins in a little cognac or brandy.
– Peel and cut the onions into pieces then put them in the thermomix bowl and blend for 5 sec on speed 4.
– Then add the sugar and wine and leave to stand for 2 hours, stirring from time to time.
– After 2 hours, start cooking, set 10 min at 100°C at speed 2 without a measuring cup.
– Then at the buzzerprogram 20 min varoma at speed 2 with the basket upside down instead of the measuring cup.
– Add the raisins then set 10 min varoma at speed 2.
– Pour the jam into sterilized jam jars, let cool then close and store.
