Omelette with green beans and lentils

ingredients

8 pcs egg 200 g green beans 2 dl lentils 2 tbsp lentils 2 tbsp bear garlic 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp chinese seasoning 1 tbsp oil

procedure

1. In a little oil, fry the frozen kidney beans together with the lentils. 2. After about 10 minutes, add beaten eggs to the bean mixture along with all the spices. 3. Stir, cover and let the omelette bake slowly over a low flame so that it cooks evenly on the top and bottom. 4. Serve with bread. Enjoy!
