Omelette with asparagus II

One of the variations for a tasty omelette flavoured with asparagus sticks and ham, suitable for example as part of a breakfast menu.

Procedure:
1. Heat the oil in a pan, crack 4 eggs, put in the chopped raw green asparagus pieces, chopped peppers, salt, pepper, sprinkle with red pepper, cover with a lid and let the omelette set
2. Finally, sprinkle with chopped ham, leeks and drizzle with ketchup
