Omelette stuffed with applesauce

Omelettes baked in a pan in the oven, served covered with applesauce, folded and generously sugared.

Ingredients:

3 pcs of egg 20 gbutter 2 tbsp milk 1 teaspoon of flour 1/2 teaspoon of sanding sugar

pinch of salt For applesauce: 300 g apple 1 small scoop of water 1 bag

td>vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice sugar to taste

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, milk and salt, add the flour and mix well again
2. Pour the batter into the pan, place it in an oven preheated to 180 °C, once the omelette has risen and turned slightly golden, carefully turn it over, preferably with a wide flat spatula, and fry the other side
3. Brush the omelette with applesauce, fold it over, sugar it generously and serve it immediately.

Making applesauce:
1. Peel the washed apples, remove the cores and cut them into thin slices or small cubes
2. Pour water over the prepared apple flesh, add vanilla sugar and boil until thick
3. Season the finished porridge with lemon juice and classic sugar to taste
4. Serve both hot and cold, for example as a side dish for pancakes, freshly fried waffles, etc.
