ingredients

4 pcs eggs 2 pcs onion 4 pcs sour sterilized cucumber salt oil sterilized capers full-fat mustard

procedure

Slice the onion and cucumber finely.

Salt the egg and bake 4 omelettes

Coat the omelette with mustard

Sprinkle with cucumber and onion

Roll up
