Omeletové noodles

Soup ingredient prepared from milk egg and coarse flour.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs in the milk
2. Add a pinch of baking powder and salt to the flour
3. Mix everything together
4. Bake the omelettes in hot fat
5. Once the omelettes have cooled cut them into noodles and serve with hot soup.
Recommendation:
Soup noodles are available as a semi-finished product in all grocery stores today. But homemade soup stock tastes the best and that’s mainly because it’s fresh!!!
