Omeletka with spring onions and cheese

Quick omelettes made of eggs, cream and a little bit of salami, filled with cottage cheese mixed with chopped spring onion.

Ingredients:

Omelettes: 2 tablespoons sweet cream 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 pieces of egg frying oil pepper salt Filling: 200 g of cottage natural cheese 2-3 ka some spring onions salt

Procedure:

1. Whisk the eggs, add the cold cream with the whisked in salt and salt
2. Mix chopped spring onions and cottage cheese in a bowl, salt to taste, set aside
3. In an oiled pan, fry the omelettes
4. Then place them one at a time back in the pan, fill with the cheese mixture and wrap
5. Briefly heat through on one side and serve with a vegetable salad, for example.
