Translated as “Spoiled Pot”. A soup made from beef, pork and veal, bacon, sausage and Vegetable Recipes.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Pour water over the rinsed beef (or mutton if necessary), salami and bacon and boil
2. After half an hour of cooking, add the pork and veal, 3 hours soaked and swollen peas and spices
3. When the meat is almost soft, add diced carrots and celery, after a while diced potatoes, diced cabbage, finely chopped onion and garlic, sliced tomatoes
4. Bone the soft meat, cut into cubes and serve with salami as a separate course.
6. Heat the soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley or grated cheese and serve.
