Olive spread with pumpkin seeds

ingredients

200 g mozzarella 1 clove garlic 20 g olives 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Drain the olives and blend. 2. Add the sliced mozzarella and blend again. 3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1-2 cloves of garlic. Blend until smooth (if you prefer a finer consistency, add a little olive juice). 4. Dry roast the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan. 5. Add 3/4 of the seeds to the spread and blend well. Season with salt to taste. 6. Sprinkle the remaining seeds on top of the finished spread. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve. Enjoy!
