Olive Pesto

Using a stick blender, a mass is prepared, suitable for bread as a spread or served with pasta as a cold paste.

Ingredients:

250 ml of olive oil 1/2 cup 1 handful of fresh basil 3 tbsp 3 tbspunsalted cashews 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 1 tsp salt 2 pcs garlic cloves

Procedure:

1. Blend half of the oil and the other ingredients with a stick blender
2. Gradually and very slowly whisk the remaining oil into the mixture
