Old Czech Vejmrda II

The traditional Old Bohemian side dish with the poetic name of vejmrda fits perfectly with the tasty meat killing delicacies. Vejmrda gives a perfect taste of the delicacies and its preparation is more than easy!

Ingredients:

2 pcs of apple 1/2 pcs horseradish roots 5 tbsp meat broth white wine or wine vinegar to taste a pinch of sugar a pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Grate the horseradish and apples
2. Add a little wine and cooled strong meat broth
3. Season with salt and sugar
