Old Bohemian Vegetable Soup

Soup made of stewed root Vegetable Recipes, leeks, boiled eggs and parsley.

Ingredients:

200 g of root Vegetable Recipes

. 40 g smooth flour 40 g butter 3 pcs hard boiled eggs 1 pcs small leek 1 tbsp

td>oil 1 handful chopped parsley 1 l vegetable stock salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Then stir in the diced leeks and remove from the heat
3. Prepare a roux from the butter and flour, pour in the remaining stock and cook for 15 minutes 4. Then stir in the stewed Vegetable Recipes, the beaten egg yolks and heat through, finally add the chopped egg whites and finely chopped parsley.
