Old Bohemian legume soup
ingredients
3 tbsp yellow peas 3 tbsp lentils 3 tbsp beans 1.5 litres water 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 1/2 tbsp ground cumin 1 pinch marjoram to taste salt 2 cloves garlic

1.
Pre-soak the legumes with water and boil until almost tender

Fry the chopped onion in oil, stir in the flour, fry and pour in the stock with the pulses. Stir, add chopped root Vegetable Recipes, cumin, marjoram, salt and cook until tender.

Flavour the hot soup with pressed garlic.
