Old Bohemian Kuthan

In one baking dish baked mixture of beef and pork, sausages, English bacon and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of back beef 500 g pork belly 200 g English bacon 200 g full fat mustard 200 g Creole mustard 3 pcs various spicy sausages 1 pc larger onion 2 cups cream 12% ground black pepper ground sweet paprika water salt

Procedure:

1. Wash and dry the beef and pork and cut the bacon into cubes, and the sausages into rounds
2. Transfer the prepared meat and the marinade to a baking dish, cover lightly with water and bake in an oven heated to 190 °C for about 90 minutes until the beef is tender
4. Finally, add the cream, stir and bake for a few minutes until the mixture turns pink, add salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

Note:

Don’t worry about the amount of mustard, there is no mistake in the recipe, there really is so much of it! It doesn’t smell at all in the finished dish.
