Old Bohemian jerky

The Old Bohemian jerky. A favourite dish of our grandmothers, grandfathers and parents. A simple dish, the basis of which is of course potatoes. And if there was no bacon, bacon or pork belly before, it was just a mixture of the aforementioned potatoes, coarse flour and salt. We, however, offer you a “spoiled” version of jerkies full of delicious ingredients. In addition to the sheep’s cheese, you will enjoy the unique Golden Belly from the Plzák company from Pilsen. Thanks to its taste and quality composition, this meat product was recently awarded the Regional Food Mark.
