Cooked fresh cabbage mixed with potatoes, thickened with light roux, seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt.

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller cubes, put them in a pot of water and set them aside
2. Clean your cabbage, cut into smaller squares, put in a pot and pour water over it, too, so that the water is level with the cabbage, no more
3. Add the grated garlic and salt to the cabbage and cook, once the cabbage starts to soften, add the prepared potatoes, which we drain and cook everything until tender
4. In the meantime, cut the bacon into small cubes, cook it, sprinkle with flour, make a light roux, add it to the cabbage and potatoes while still hot and boil for a while
