Old Bohemian cabbage soup with dill

Classic recipe for thick cabbage soup with a slightly sour taste.

Ingredients:

Rescription for 6 people: 500 g of sauerkraut 200 g celery 200 g potatoes 200 g watermelon 100 g onions 1.5 l beef stock 3 pcs garlic cloves 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp smooth flour several sprigs of dill several balls of allspice a few balls of whole black pepper ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the peeled and thoroughly washed potatoes into wider fries, put them into the hot broth and boil for 10 minutes
2. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil, add sliced water radish and celery and fry everything together for about 3 minutes
4. Dust with flour, fry and pour into the boiling broth, stirring constantly
5. Add salt, pepper and allspice and cook until tender
