Classic recipe for thick cabbage soup with a slightly sour taste.

1. Cut the peeled and thoroughly washed potatoes into wider fries, put them into the hot broth and boil for 10 minutes
2. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil, add sliced water radish and celery and fry everything together for about 3 minutes
4. Dust with flour, fry and pour into the boiling broth, stirring constantly
